  • ndbdndbd June 2010
    sorry for my english.
i have installed ACV on my samsung i5700 (android 2.1)
unfortunarely, at the first time, i have chosen 'myfile' (an application belonged to android system ) as a default viewer. but it displays pics in poor quality so i want to restore ACV as default viewer. anyone know how to do, please help me. thanks in advance.

    Edit: Clarified title. (zissou)

Go to Settings > Applicatons > My Applications and tap on the application that you selected as default (myfile). Then tap on Clear defaults.

Now when you open a file that Droid Comic Viewer supports (CBZ, ACV and CBR), you will be able to choose the default app again.

    Does that help?

    Hi zissou,
I did as your advice but i couldn't find the app named "myfile"
I have tried to uninstall it (with advanced task manager)but it is not allowed to do. I think it is belonged to android system that why it is not listed in "setting/applications/manage applications".

Looks like My Files is an app created by Samsung and bundled with the phone. If it doesn't appear in My Applications, then I don't know how you can clear its defaults.

Try contacting Samsung support. If they give you a solution, please let us know here.
