I would like to have an option of having more on-screen "corner tap" buttons, as there are only four now (one for each corner).

I suggest having additional button on e.g. the left and right hand side of the screen, and maybe even two more on the centre bottom and centre top of the screen.

This would allow users to have more "shortcuts" to control the viewing experience, without having to bring up a menu (or even worse: a submenu).
