Oops! ACV wont let me read batman!! lol

when ever i load a page on my comics i get a error report that says "Oops!" unable to load image. this generally happens because of an out of memory error.
then it goes on to say someone like cbr/rar files u should extract into a folder and open the folder with a long tap.
i have a couple of questions about that
1st. wat is a long tap? i dont under stand wat that means really lol
2nd. is there any way to fix this problem? i really love reading comics on my galaxy phone but just today it has been saying this report.. ive never had this problem before and its a recent thing. i havent downloaded any apps or music (cause its new and dont wanna mess it up) so i just downloaded the comic reader that i kno works.. i really really would love some help with this. also if there is a solution, can u explain it like a "fix ur phone comic app for dummys" would? i dont kno much about this kind of stuff. thanks and any help appreciated. -
Same goes for me, this "oops unable to load image" problem. I'm pretty sure it's not a memory problem, I use a 32 GB sd card. Some comics do show this problem, while others don't. Who knows thw answer???
