Can't find the SD card and other problems

The first problem.
"When opening Droid Comic Viewer for the first time you will be shown the SD browser. The SD browser allows browsing the SD card to open:"
When I press open, I can only see folders like "acct, cache, config, data, dev, etc, flash and some more".
Can't find any SD Browser.
The second problem
"Open Settings and turn on Controls:CBR/RAR support."
Can't find that option in the settings.
The third problem
When I start the program, it starts upside down. So I will have to rotate the tablet 180°. -
Another problem.
I could download a manga and place it in "downloads" at my SD card.
And the program found it! =D
Hooked up the tablet with the PC, drag some other mangas to the same folder. But the program could'nt find them.
