Well, I know that I only put a file in my "Comics" section on the sd card... if it is a comic. If you put totally unrelated files in the folder where you keep comics, then you should seriously consider cleaning up!
The comic readers for PC I have tried all treat zip/cbz files identically. I think it makes sense because the cbz is a zip file, and assigning the cbz extension is only a semantic difference.
