Supported intents

As of version 1.3.9 Droid Comic Viewer supports the `ACTION_VIEW` intent for the following MIME types:
- application/x-cbz
- application/x-acv
- application/x-cbr
It also supports the integer intent extra `position`, which you can use to tell Droid Comic Viewer the index of the image that it should show first.
The following applications support this intent and can be used together with Droid Comic Viewer:- Astro File Manager
- Dropbox
